Happy Valentine’s Day!

This joyous day gives us time to reflect upon love, from the love of our life to the love for our children. But today I’d like to offer another love worthy of our utmost consideration and that is our most beautiful self. May we all learn to love ourselves to the extent we deserve, and I suspect we have a lot more love to offer in that direction. The question is ~ can we be as self-sacrificing for our own benefit as we are for our partners, lovers, and children?
